Prepare your taste buds and tune your ears for the 17th Annual BBQ & Blues Cook Off, a two-day festival celebrating the best of barbecue and blues music in downtown Foley's Heritage Park. This year's event promises an unforgettable experience with a stellar lineup of local talent and activities for the whole family.
Friday Night Kick-Off: Taylor Hicks & Rollinā in the Hay LIVE in Concert
The festivities kick off on Friday, March 7, with an incredible night of live music featuring Taylor Hicks, the soulful American IdolĀ winner known for his powerful voice and electrifying stage presence. But that's not allāRollinā in the HayĀ will also take the stage, bringing their high-energy blend of bluegrass and rock to the festival!
Did you know?Ā This legendary band includes two members of the Alabama Music Hall of Fame! If you were into local music in the late ā70s and ā80s, you probably remember Tellurideāand now, their lead singer is rocking alongside Jimmy Hallās (Wet Willie) sisterĀ in Rollinā in the Hay. Itās a show you wonāt want to miss!

On Saturday, March 8, the park transforms into a haven for BBQ enthusiasts and music lovers alike. The day kicks off at 10:00 AM, featuring a variety of activities:

The Three57sĀ ā Delivering a blend of blues and rock thatās sure to get you moving.
The Defrosters & FriendsĀ ā Bringing their unique sound to the stage for a 'get up and dance' performance.
BBQ Sampling:Ā Starting at 11:00 AM, indulge in a variety of BBQ samples prepared by competing teams vying for the grand championship title; get bbq samples while they last!
Kids' Zone:Ā A dedicated area with activities and entertainment to keep the little ones engaged and entertained.
Arts & Crafts Vendors:Ā Explore booths featuring local artisans and crafters, offering unique items and souvenirs.
Awards Ceremony:Ā The day's festivities culminate at 4:00 PM with an awards presentation honoring the best BBQ teams and standout performances.
